Time has come to explore something different again. I have been in Sweden longer that expected but that also allowed me to arrange some things. Like installing some new tenants in my apartment for example.
As I sit on the airport and look out the window, the rain is pouring down. It is wet, grey and dull. And a lot darker in the afternoons since Sweden switched to winter time a few weeks ago. (The worst event of the year if you ask me, it gets dark around 4 PM now. Why do we do this to people…?) Not that the weather is exceptional, it is quite typical autumn/winter weather in Gothenburg. But have have never liked it. So I guess now is a perfect time to leave.
As some of you already know, I am on my way to India. But there is no rush and I want to see some other parts of my family first. So my first leg of travel is not that long. Today I am flying to Manchester in England to visit one of my sisters and her family. I haven’t seen the small ones – my nephew and my niece – since this summer and I want to spend some time with them before I travel far away again. So I start my bigger trip with taking a shorter flight to visit some small people. I feel that will be a good start. Next week I will fly to India.
